I want your experience to be a pleasurable one and to ensure this I outline my return policy as follows:

I do NOT offer refunds. Please be certain of your selections. You may return an item UN-USED within 10 days of shipment date and be credited for the full purchase price less shipping.

The exceptions are:

I cannot accept for return anything designed for the genital area. This includes GeniJewelry" and vibrators and there are NO exceptions to this policy. State laws and common decency prohibit me from accepting returns on these items.

Custom items are non-returnable.  There are no returns or credits offered for custom items. If you have sizing or suitability questions, contact me and I will be happy to provide you with suggestions for your purchase.

Directions for return

1. Provide a reason for return.
2. Provide an item #(s) you would like your credit to go towards. If you do not specify a replacement product I will assume you wish to have a store credit and your information will be kept on file for future use of your credit.
